Good Morning-
I am getting a strong push from our Education Department to move away from the "skills days" and do electronic learning instead. I am curious what other facilities are doing for Competencies now. Have you moved to all electronic learning or are you still offering skills days? I personally feel that healthcare workers are more hands-on learners and it's beneficial to have the hands-on learning. Any input would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you,
