[MCOH-EH] Flumist Vaccine

We require any healthcare worker who gets the Flumist vaccine to wear a mask for 7 days beginning the day after they received it when doing all patient care.  A severely immunocompromised patient may not always be recognizable and this eliminates that uncertainty.
