[MCOH-EH] [EXT] Vaccine religious exemption requests

Good morning,

Inspira does not require vaccination to MMR or Hep B (if titers/immunity is low, we offer the vaccine, but employees are permitted to decline).  The only vaccine that is required is flu. Employees may submit Medical or Religious exemption for approval for flu vaccine.

I am curious how other health care facilities are handling religious exemption requests for required vaccines such as MMR and Varicella? Are you allowing the exemption, or approving only if the healthcare worker wears a mask such as N95, or
