Good morning,
That's an interesting question. In diversion cases we have a drugs of abuse
panel that does not include THC.
For hiring and random drug testing, while THC is legal in California, and
recently legal in some Federal settings it is still not legal in the
Department of Veterans Affairs, so positive THC-A is a failed test and
triggers many downstream consequences.
