Good morning. I'm curious which of you are including blood pressure in your new employee onboarding process. We have been focused on blood pressure as a key metric and strategy for our employee health and well-being program and yet we don't currently include this measurement in the pre-employment medical intake. If we were to offer blood pressure, it would be voluntary.
Thanks for any feedback you can offer.
