[MCOH-EH] Internal EAP teams?

We have an internal EAP program as well. We have three Staff Support Clinicians who are LISW who round with our employees and are available for check-ins with employees. They refer employees to a longer term therapist when needed that is covered by insurance. We also have an external EAP that is available to us for employees who do not wish to use an internal resource. We have a Peer Support Program as well.
Thank you.

Dayton Children's Alert: This is an external email. Exercise caution, do not click on links or open attachments in questionable emails.
We do have an internal EAP program that is only for our employees to use and mostly manages mental health crises/urgent issues that occur in the workplace/during the workday. We have a separate EAP program with an outside vendor that employees can access on their own from home at any time. I'm happy to have a more indepth offline discussion on how we use our internal EAP team.
We also have a Peer Support Program separate from EAP to help with the following issues:
o Possible medical errors/adverse events
o Unanticipated patient outcomes
o Inability to stop the natural progression of a patient's medical condition
o Aggressive/violent behavior directed at a member of the health care team
o Loss of a colleague to death or unexpected illness of a colleague

Good afternoon, everyone, Does anyone have an internal EAP program, or a hybrid model with a third-party vendor? If so, what does your staffing model look like, including the number of dedicated staff per covered employees. Thank you. ______________________________________________________
