TB Conversions

·         Conduct a symptom survey, if no symptoms of pulmonary illness, and negative 2 view CXR, may continue to work

·         Refer to Pulmonary Medicine for evaluation of LTBI treatment

·         If elected, LTBI administered as DOT weekly for 12 weeks in Employee Health

·         If likely related to work, OSHA reportable, WC claim filed

·         Annual tb symptom survey
