For employees, contractors, volunteers, anyone with patient contact---We require immunity to MMR varicella, Tdap every 10 years, flu and T Spot upon hire. We offer hep B vaccine to clinical workers. We do POC drug testing. We do not drug test volunteers.

All candidates complete a health history form. Physical exams are performed on this with labor intensive jobs.

We do not do the evals on contractors- Their company submits an attestation.

For the flu we require vaccine or mask and they must sign a declination.

Hi Everyone,

When you do your post offer physicals, how many visits does an employee have in your department?   Is bloodwork for titers done prior to or during their initial appointment?

Thanks in advance for your input.
