Subject: [MCOH-EH] Policies-procedures around requiring employees to have clearance from occupational health when off work from sickness
Everyone, does anyone have policies-procedures around requiring employees to have a medical clearance visit at occupational health when off work from personal sickness or personal injury?
Does your organization approach FMLA leave differently for return to work? Intermittent versus continuous?
Do you make exceptions for certain pre-approved conditions?
Thank you.
