I test on hire. It was the process before to only test nurses, but I think color coding is used everywhere in the hospital, so I test everyone.

Have never thought to repeat the testing

In a recent MOCK survey, color vision was a hot topic.

I am curious if any repeat color vision testing on employees after the on boarding HA process? If so, could you share your policy, protocol and process ?
