We routinely communicate any potential exposures of employees to our patients… so they can follow up on those.
We report to IC or they report to us… any time an employee may have been exposed to an infectious disease.
Any new hire report of HIV, Hep B or Hep C… particularly in care providers.
Annually number of flu shots.
Annually number of tb tests and if we had any conversions. We report any concerns with a new hire and their tb results depending on where they work.
