We are not currently performing CBC with Diff on pre-placement or annual basis for our employees working with Hazardous Drugs.  We changed about a year ago to risk based screening through use of pre-placement and annual questionnaires.

Can you please reply if you are currently performing CBC with Diff on your pre-placement or annual for the employees working with Hazardous Drugs?

 

1)      All employees working with HD

2)      Employees working with HD over a certain amount of time (please include time ex. 15 hrs/week)
