OSHA does not require recording an exposure on the OSHA log unless the employee developed the condition even if prophylactic medication was given

Can you please tell me how you would handle a pertussis or Meningitis exposure.

If the employees are treated with prophylaxis, would you report to W/C?  Or go on OSHA log as recordable?
