Troy,

We require all those who return to work to come through Employee Health.  3 or more days out require a physician’s note.  FML returnees are required to bring in their physician’s RTW note (indicating full duty without restrictions) the week prior to return.  These are the LCMH requirements.

I hope this is the information you need.

Blessings,

Debbie Pruim

Subject: [MCOH-EH] Healthcare RTW Process Questions

Do you require an Emp Health visit upon RTW after so many days?

If you do, how many days, and is it required, or a best practice?
