Does the ACOEM have any official (or unofficial) guidance on baseline Hazardous Drugs (USP 800) medical surveillance labs?

Looking for some input from other Occupational Health nurses in the hospital setting. Are you performing annual and pre-hire physicals for staff who handle hazardous drug screenings? Are you doing annual lab work? If yes, what labs do
you order, and if something significant shows up on the labs, do you refer them to their PCP? Does your facility pay for the follow-up appointment?
