This would be similar to any other piece of equipment in need of repair. A work order would be placed for the Facilities or Biomed team depending on the type of equipment.

As you may know, injuries can occur when moving equipment with poorly maintained wheels. Can you share who is responsible for the cleaning and maintenance of wheels on carts, rovers, equipment,
etc in your facilities? Is it handled by an outside vendor or a specific department in your facility?
