For our dialysis unit we require a hep b titer of 10 or greater
I have two employees who got 6 doses of Hep B and did not achieve a titer and they are not chronic or acute for illness
Is there evidence to suggest we give a round of Hepislav B and see if they respond or just stick with the 6 doses already given?

Subject: [MCOH-EH] Quality audits of occupational medicine clinics?
Happy Thanksgiving everyone,
I have been asked to advise a local company on a process in which an external entity can provide quality audits of clinical care provided in their free-standing occupational medicine clinic.
I am wondering if anyone has an approach to this that they can share with me?
Thank you,
Craig Thorne
