Yes, as long as they are not symptomatic.  We draw the IGRA at the post offer screening, however do not hold up clearance based on the results.  If positive, we send for a CXR and refer for treatment of LTB.  If they were symptomatic, we would not clear them without a Physician clearance.

As the employee health coordinator I have cleared new employees to begin work after TB testing results are known. We usually do IGRA testing at time of post offer screen. Does anyone allow new employees to begin work without knowing TB testing results, e.g. the IGRA is pending...
