Can you please respond back to the group regarding:
Have you stopped serial testing of Healthcare workers in hospital setting ? We are testing every 4 years effective April 1st
. Positive employees we will continue annual TB questionnaire and strongly recommending treatment.
Have you applied for and been approved for letter of flexibility for this matter? We applied and have been approved by the SCCDH. Called Cal/OSHA regarding approval and they said that if we were approved by the
Health Department that trumps Cal/OSHA standard and to keep the approval letter to back up our decision.
