Hi,

I am in the process of developing a medical accommodation form for our employees. I can share once finalized with anyone who is interested.

One issue that has been raised is why these accommodations should be specific for reassignment away from COVID-19 patients. If an employee is deemed to be at risk to work with COVID-19 patients because of say, immunosuppression, he/she should, by extension be given "permanent restrictions" to not care for any patients in airborne isolation.
