Subject: Survey on occupational risks for health and safety of workers in essential public services during COVID-19 pandemic

Dear colleagues,

The Institution for Occupational safety and Health (IOSH) a global associational of occupational safety and health professionals, is kindly helping us to collect information from the health and safety practitioners about occupational risks and protection of health and safety of workers in essential public services

In addition to healthcare, essential services are the services and functions that are absolutely necessary, even during a pandemic. They maintain the health and welfare of the community. Without these services, sickness, poverty, violence, and chaos would likely result.  In this survey, we are specifically interested in non-health care essential public services.

The data collected through this survey will help us in the global efforts on protecting the health and safety of workers in essential public services in the preparedness for, response to and recovery from COVID19 outbreaks.
