With COVID-19 being  a reportable disease and OSHA recordable for healthcare workers how are you getting notification of positive results when staff are tested elsewhere; e.g., personal care provider, works at another facility, etc.  Are you asking your staff to notify you directly and if so do you have a process in place for them to follow and keep confidential?

Public Health would normally notify contacts but they simply don’t have the resources for timely notifications with COVID-19.  How are others dealing with this.

Thanks,

Therese
