Good question and one that has also been sent to the ACOEM COVID Q&A forum. I wanted to just let you know to expect an answer with references and peer review posted in the next day or two. Also one on breath alcohol testing. http://acoem.org/COVID-19-Resource-Center/COVID-19-Q-A-Forum

Interested in what folks on the list are doing at present.

Subject: [EXTERNAL] [MCOH-EH] pulmonary function testing

What’s the latest recommendation from ACOEM regarding occupational pulmonary function testing in light of the current Covid-19 environment? Staff members are still concerned of exposure from asymptomatic carriers who obviously cannot wear a mask while performing a PFT.

Thanks.
