Was the fit testing qualitative or quantitative?  If it was qualitative, I’d recommend performing quantitative fit testing in those 2 employees.

We have 2 OR staff members that cannot be successfully fit tested. Therefore they cannot take call because we cannot be certain airborne precautions will not be needed.
