At this time we will not require a declination. And, of course, they can always change their mind to the affirmative.

Hello colleagues,

I hope you are fairing well in this daily battle. As we prepare to vaccinate, I wanted to guage whether you were requiring people identified in the first tier as vaccine eligible would sign a declination that they did NOT want to receive the vaccine.

 

It’s voluntary so it would seem the need to formally decline is not necessary, however, we are being asked if this would help us with management of the vaccine and general data tracking. Thank you in advance for sharing your practices.
