Colleagues:

Can I kindly clarify what your behavioral /mental health facilities are using by way of personal protective equipment when searching patients upon admission? Responding to overdoses?

As there are many staff in such facilities trained to administer Narcan, is your facility fit testing all these  with an N 100 mask in cases where  there is visible powder present on or around the patient?   If not, is there a focused list of job titles specifically trained for this level of respirator?

Any guidance or policy details regarding your mental  health facilities’ PPE requirements would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you.
