For us we do not accept a fit test that was not documented by us. if someone was fit tested at another facility, even if we use the same brand, we do our own fit test just in case there is some discrepancy on
how it was conducted or any physical changes that could have happened in the person.
Thank is just the policy we decided to do for liablity

Fellow Medical Occ Health experts-
Do you require students to complete the OSHA Respirator Questionnaire when they are mask fitted for rotating in your facilities? My inclination is to do it as it is tied to successful fitting of the N-95 respirator, but I was wondering
if anyone has ever found any legitimate exemption or waiver for students (that are not sponsored by your facility, i.e. from a local college).
