We have initiated discussions for this possibility once vaccines have full FDA approval.  From the perspective of benefit to patients from having HCWs vaccinated, the argument is much stronger than for influenza vaccine.

Good afternoon everyone,

I am curious as to whether you are beginning discussions to make COVID-19 vaccination mandatory in your HCO?

If so, what guidance are you using to inform your plans?

Thank you.

Craig Thorne, M.D.
