We are deferring for 4 weeks.  Minnesota Dept. of Health requires evidence of not having contagious TB prior to starting work, so we query symptoms and do CXR if starting before able to get IGRA test.

Hello~

If you are using IGRA for baseline TB testing, are you deferring at onboarding or entry into your facility until the HCP is 4 weeks post completion of a two dose mRNA?

If you are not delaying, do you feel the COVID-19 mRNA vaccine could have had a potential effect on any HCP IGRA test results during the first 4 weeks after COVID-19 vaccination?

Thank you!
