We are deferring IGRA to 4 weeks after last dose of COVID vaccine per our Oregon Health Authority recommendation that the vaccine has potential effect on any IGRA.

If you are using IGRA for baseline TB testing, are you deferring at onboarding or entry into your facility until the HCP is 4 weeks post completion of a two dose mRNA?
If you are not delaying,
do you feel the COVID-19 mRNA vaccine could have had a potential effect on any HCP IGRA test results during the first 4 weeks after COVID-19 vaccination?
