Titers plus, if negative, immunizations for MMR and varicella.   Recommend hepatitis B, but can sign declination--acceptance better now that only 2 "jabs.".   Require that COVID-19 have been completed.

Does your facility require titers for new hires? Does your facility require/strongly encourage/suggest vaccinations, Hep B, Varicella, etc  for patient facing new hires?
