We differentiate according to vaccination status.

 

If vaccinated and without symptoms.

If exposed they may continue to work.  We test at 3-5 days after exposure.  If negative, may continue to work unless they develop COVID-19 symptoms.

 

If not vaccinated and without symptoms we do not permit work unless severe staffing need.  In that case, we do rapid test (Antigen or PCR) on days 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, and 10 after exposure if they are scheduled to work that day.  Negative test is required within 24 hours before start of work shift.

 

For all employees with COVID-19 like symptoms we require a negative COVID-19 test before return to work.

If not vaccinated they must also have improvement in symptoms and no fever during the previous 24 hours, and feel well enough to return to work before approval to return to work. If they don’t meet these criterial within 24 hours they are retested.

 

If vaccinated they must have no progression in symptoms, no fever within the previous 24 hours, and feel well enough to return to work before approval to return to work.
