I am interested in how members of this group are managing the mitigation measures CMS has stated should be used for unvaccinated, exempt staff members.  They offer a few options, including testing, remote work/reassignment, and mandatory use of N95’s for these individuals.  Testing is expensive and difficult to administer in a large health system, but the other options don’t seem much better.  Has anyone come up with something more creative than these or replaced testing done previously for this group with an alternative?
