Good afternoon.

We have an occupational therapist with special expertise in ergonomics who does ergonomic assessments and makes recommendations for modifications.  Human resources, Safety, Occupational Health, and Facilities Management collaborate on implementation plans.  Ergonomics is less than 50% of her job.  We have about 3,000 employees.

A quick question that I would appreciate your input on.

How many of your organizations have a dedicated ergonomist?

If you do have, how are they utilized?

Are they part of the employee health team or another organization?

Thank you in advance.
