Services provided for 8500 team members,  2000 team members of  partners/subsidiaries, ~20 off site clinics/ambulatory surgery centers, free standing ED,  contract staff, Rehab hospital, volunteers, medical staff, residents.

Our Division reports to the Ambulatory Services Executive Vice President as of July 2020.   Previously for past 40 years division reported to Human Resources.  Our ambulatory services is developing a corporate occupational health program and partners with 15 urgent care centers  that will be expanding occupational health to clients and also has oversight on onsite occupational health clinics for industry.

 

Director:  APRN

1:  Manager:    Team Member Health Clinic

1:   Manager:  Workers Compensation with two workers comp coordinators for TGH and one coordinator for subsidiaries

3:   APRN:        Evaluate and treat work related injuries and also episodic personal care clinic for team members;  PEP for exposures, latent TB tx, DOT, etc.

4    RNs:           Clinic for work clearances, triage, onboarding, fitness for duty, allergy shot maintenance, COVID clinic/testing, exposures.  Rotate through onboarding clinic which is separate from TMH clinic

1    RN:            32 hrs/week:  oversight covid vaccination and flu vaccination programs, CMS and NHSN reporting,

1:   Educator:  RN educator:   Develops training for TMH staff, orientation, competencies, policies, procedures, COVID clinic

1:   Clinician (RN)  Exposure Program, telehealth visits, remote onboarding, committees

2:   LPNs: 2 reg   onboarding clinic , fit testing, phlebotomy, immunizations

2    LPN pool:  assist in TMH clinic and onboarding clinic.  Data entry, drug testing, fit testing

1:   administrative assistant

1:   analyst

2:  PSS (front desk in clinic and front desk in onboarding clinic as well as data entry

2:  MAT:   Fit testing, phlebotomy, onboarding clinic, assist to APRNs, drug testing

 

Our department fit tests all new hires, medical staff,  contract staff , travelers, and team members on annual.  One team members is dedicated to fit testing all day Mon-Fri.
