Good afternoon,

 

If you conduct preemployment appointment at your facility, how are the following handled?

 

  1. On average, how much time is allowed between the job offer from HR to the preemployment visit in your clinic?
  2. If urine drug screenings are done at outside lab such as Quest or Labcorp, how many days/hours is the new hire allowed before they must complete the testing?
  3. If the new hire a no-show to their drug screening appointment, do you allow them to reschedule it or is their job offer rescinded?
