We accept vaccines that have received final approval on the WHO EUL list
https://extranet.who.int/pqweb/sites/default/files/documents/Status_COVID_VAX_26May2022.pdf
The CMS omnibus rule has language that allows for WHO approved vaccines in use in other countries (https://www.federalregister.gov/documents/2021/11/05/2021-23831/medicare-and-medicaid-programs-omnibus-covid-19-health-care-staff-vaccination

Accordingly, staff
may be considered compliant with the
requirements within this regulation if
they have received any combination of
two doses of a vaccine licensed or
authorized by the FDA or listed on the
WHO emergency use list as part of a
two-dose series

Another COVID question – do you accept proof of COVID vaccines that are not approved in the United States to meet the federal COVID vaccine mandate? Example – a new hire received a 2 doses of Covishield, an AstraZeneca vaccine approved for use in other countries but not in the US.
Any input is appreciated! Thank you!
