Hello,
We do not conduct medical surveillance or lab work routinely. We do surveille after a reported exposure.

Hello,
Another informal survey of the group, this time on USP 800 medical surveillance for employees who handle hazardous drugs.
Does your institution conduct any medical surveillance for employees handling hazardous drugs?
If yes, do you use a questionnaire, physical exam, blood work, or some combination?
If yes, how often do you conduct surveillance?
Thanks!
