What are other children’s hospitals policy or accommodation protocols for pre-hires in the following situation?

· Health care giver in Medical Center

· Patient facing

· Cannot provide positive titers or CDC appropriate vaccinations for MMR and/or Varicella for Medical Reasons

Are they allowed to work with patients?

Would you provide an accommodation or not hire the pre-hire?

IF you would provide accommodation: What accommodations would you require the new employee to follow to protect the patients from these highly communicable diseases?
