Wendy-
Are you talking about WC for the institution that employs you (i.e. Standford for you), or external facing WC Care? I’m assuming you meant your own org since it is very difficult to peg a workforce population of all of the local employers.
With that in mind:

Dear colleagues,
I am SO sorry to bother you, but Stanford’s attempting to metric or benchmark the Workers Comp appointments here to optimize staffing and want to know what others are doing. Would you be able
to answer these quick questions?
3) How long (eg. 60 minutes) is a NEW patient worker's comp appt with the provider?
4) How long is a follow-up worker's comp appt with the provider?
5) How many case managers do you have?
6) Any idea How many New injuries you see each week?
7) How many WC cases are filed at your place per year? APPROX is fine!
THANK YOU SO MUCH!
Wendy
