OUR MRO states, that it is up to the individual employer if it is not DOT regulated.

It will result as positive from their standpoint. And up to the employer to approve and accept a marijuana recommendation card.

We are currently using eScreens as our MRO. They are working well for and have minimal concerns. We are currently working through establishing a process to verify marijuana cards when positive results are received.
