Our pharmacy departments have been getting an increase in requests for accommodations away from working with antineoplastic drugs for a variety of reproductive concerns.  The pharmacies are using all appropriate engineering controls and recommended PPE.  However, concern is still raised by some staff about potential low-level exposures.  They are getting requests for accommodation for staff who are pregnant, breast feeding and from some, both male and female who are trying to get pregnant. 
How does your organization handle these requests?   In what situations would a request to not work with anti-neoplastic drugs be granted?
