Our occupational health medical provider of over 30 years recently passed away.  We are devastated by the loss of an amazing provider and now face the challenge of finding a provider or provider group that could fill the role. 

Our provider needs are small and amount to about 8 hours a week.

Do you have an in-house dedicated occupational health provider? Fulltime, part-time, PRN?

Do you use a group practice (like Urgent Care/Occ. Med) etc.) for FFD referral?  If you do, do you have any issues with consistency in the ways cases are handled?

Do you require ACOEM certification?

Do you know of any providers that you feel would be interested?
