Very helpful, Julie, we will continue to move our mandatory Tdap program forward.

Hello,

We actually do Mandate it for those working with or around pregnant Moms and newborns. We High Encourage all other staff. However, when talking with staff about compliance, we just tell them they need an updated TDap if it has been 10 years since last recorded Tdap or Td.

Best Wishes, Stay Safe, and May you Prosper,

Dear All,

I am wondering if you have any special programs in place to promote Pertussis (Tdap) boosters for staff working in Children's and Neonatal HCFs?

U.S. News and World Report encourages ranked hospitals to achieve a vaccination rate of 95% which might be impossible given that most hospitals do not mandate it.

If you could share your best practices about this, I would appreciate that very much.

Thank you.
