To all,
At Dartmouth Health we have our Employee Health team do the collection at one of our DH sites for incoming candidates. We mostly utilize Labcorps for any candidate who is
not in the local area. We have an account with them that specifies our panel size and MRO.
With Labcorbs we register the candidate and provide them the link to Labcorps website to locate a collection site nearest to their location. With the registration they simply
need to present and show ID. For any candidate not local or near a Labcorps collection site, we locate the nearest location and overnight one of our chain of custodies directly to the candidate.
We also have a national account with Concentra which can help narrow the field with no Labcorps available.
Thank you,
Paul

Subject: [MCOH-EH] Prescreening lab orders
Good Afternoon,
Our CAH is starting to conduct offsite UDS for pre-employment , does an order from our EH provider need to be provided? When I called LabCorp, they said only chain of custody form need to be filled out. It
seems unusual an order for onsite UDS for pre-employment is needed but not for offsite. Can anyone give some guidance for offsite UDS.
Thank you,
