We started doing this back in 2019 prior to opening our Oncology/Infusion therapy services. We develop a policy, process, and documents which went through a vetting approval from our attorney.
However, we are not doing it now. I don't know why. I left this corporation a year then can back. When I returned, the process was no longer happening. It is time and resource intensive.
I am curious to know if anyone else is doing baseline and concurrent annual follow-ups.
