Please note that the Standard reads
"adequate, certified/licensed personnel"
Not certified librarian, and that the person filling out the form can check
a box confirming they have adequate personnel...
I actually met with someone in NEASC to discuss the terms used and
requested it be changed
He told me that many times a visiting team may not even set foot in the
LMC...I also asked how to change that!
