[CASL-L] Elementary Reference Sections

I'm sure this is the old fashioned point of view, from a recently retired
LMS,  but I used print encyclopedias feeling that using alphabetical order
is still valuable, and print is safe from computer/network malfunctions. I
did not update them often however and used databases also.
