Hi Kristine,
Be excited about 3 hours of time! You can share/demo whatever sites/tools you decide upon (maybe send out a google form ahead of time to get feedback about where the most interest is). Have teachers create accounts if needed, then give them time to actively use/explore. You can even have closure at the end. Biggest frustration sometimes for teachers is not having the time to use their new learning.
