Dear Colleagues,
You spoke, and MSLA listened! 75% of MSLA members who responded to a survey on the annual election ballot chose eBooks as the topic they are most interested in learning more about. With those results in mind your Executive Board has put together an exciting fall workshop especially for school librarians.

Registration opens today at www.regonline.com/MSLAeBooks for eBooks eXplained: eXploring eBooks for School Libraries, featuring an overview by the always popular and dynamic Christopher Harris, a panel of eBook vendors, the implementation experiences of some of your MSLA colleagues, and an update on the Massachusetts Library System's eBook pilot project.

This 1-day workshop will take place on Saturday, September 21, 2012 at the Concord Carlisle High School in Concord, MA from 8:30am-3:00pm. The $95 registration fee includes a light breakfast and lunch. If two or more people from the same school district register together, a discount of $15 off will be applied to each registration. All group members must be included in the same registration. MSLA accepts payment by check, credit card or purchase order. Registration is limited to 175 participants and will be open first to MSLA members and later to colleagues from other New England states if there is still space available.

We hope you will plan to join us!
